Responsibilities

• Manage a team within the Consumer Payments space to drive cashless & digital payments for CBG
• Squad Lead for the 'I Engage, I Use' squad within Deposits Performance Cell
• Drive customer & business outcomes per squad & chapter scorecard.
• Leverage Innovation and continuous improvements to drive cost savings: reduce cash withdrawal volume and #, drive up digital payments adoption across key customer segments
• The individual is also expected to be abreast of the developments in the payments space (such as new relevant technologies and to be aware of the new or incumbent players such as virtual banks, Fintech players etc). Knowledge of the market is used to drive customer engagement & for product positioning and propositions to right-size, right-pricing, and right-fit the use and utilisation of these products to our customers.
• Manage individual(s), to lead, motivate and to drive team dynamics and goals.

Requirements

• Possesses good understanding of the payments & transactional banking landscape in SG.
• Expert in driving customer engagement initiatives, including customer immersion & continious discovery to shape hypotheses for experimentation
• Manage individuals and team dynamics.
• Good understanding of payments business P&L, and cost drivers
• Minimum 5-7 years in related field
