VP Fundraising - Singapore
Our client is a prestigious Tier 1 Real Estate Asset Manager based in Singapore. With $50 billion SGD in AUM, they are renowned for their excellence in managing real estate investments across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. As part of their continuous growth and expansion, they are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Sales VP to join their fundraising team.
As a salesperson for Private Markets Real Estate Funds, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's fundraising efforts across APAC. Leveraging your extensive network of institutional investors, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting the firm's real estate investment strategies, and driving capital commitments.
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote the firm's real estate funds to institutional investors across the APAC region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new investors to expand the firm's client base.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and marketing materials to effectively communicate the benefits and unique selling points of the firm's real estate funds.
- Collaborate with senior management to meet fundraising targets and contribute to the growth of AUM.
- Origination, execution and closing of fundraising cycles.
- Proven track record and an extensive network of institutional investors across the APAC region.
- Substantial experience in selling Real Estate funds within private markets to institutional investors. Experience working at a Placement Agent is preferred, but is not essential.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and real estate asset management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed fundraising targets and objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or CFA) are a plus.
