Role
You are responsible for the overall IT operations, infrastructure support and production control. You are to improve productivity, and maintain stability over cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Degree qualified, you come with min. 7 years experience in IT operational support for the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Proven experience in core banking systems; Temenos T24, Finacle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in ITIL and ITSM; Governance, Framework, Policy Alignment.
