Our client is a well known Singapore HQ consumer industry firm. As the VP Legal & Corporate Secretary, you will be responsible for the following:
- Legal support and advice
Scheduling, agenda and logistics preparation for board meetings, including collation of meeting information pack for board members, preparation of official minutes of Board and Committee meetings, preparation of routine board papers such as declaration of directors' interests, matters arising, board approvals via circulation
Liaison with the Registrar of Cooperative Societies
Maintain proper filing of corporate secretarial documents
Assist in organizing corporate functions and events including annual general meetings, annual dinner, retreats and workshops, etc
Bachelor's degree in Law with at least 5 years PQE and 10 years of total work experience.
