VP Real Estate Valuations
My client one of the largest financial services in Asia and on a double-digit growth in AUM. They are a company that sincerely values company culture and how they treat their employees.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will review and analyze real estate appraisals to ensure the accuracy of the pricing and valuation. This individual will also work with the investment team to ensure that all valuations are in line with industry standards and best practices. The role will see you become a vital member of the valuations team while undertaking valuations across the Asia region for a range of purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in real estate valuation or related field
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Real Estate Appraisal certification is a plus.
