Responsibilities
Business Performance Management reporting
  • Preparation of business management reports for reviews with senior management on performance and key updates of the Group Private Bank business
Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen the business
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen the Private Bank and Treasures Private Client proposition and business
  • Keep abreast of changing private bank landscape, including policies or trends to inform business initiatives
  • Work closely to execute and deliver with various business partners across business- and service-units and countries, including Regional Investment Products and Advisory, Wealth Advisory, Regional Business Analytics, Regional Marketing, and Group Strategic Marketing & Communications (GSMC)
One Bank Collaboration initiatives
  • Develop the One Bank proposition with IBG, to fully capture the segment of high net worth individuals owning businesses across Asia for their wealth management and corporate banking needs
  • Promote & facilitate referrals and collaboration between segments, cross business units and cross-countries
  • Drive data driven operating model to monitor and track collaboration and derived value to business, harnessing analysis to identify and grow opportunities to scale
Grow brand and industry position of DBS Private Bank
  • Work closely with GSMC and Regional Marketing to ensure DBS Private Bank win industry accolades towards achieving Best Private Bank goal.
Requirements
  • Degree in banking, finance, marketing or a relevant discipline with relevant experience in the Wealth Management industry, preferably Private Banking
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Strong numeric / analysis skills
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs (both internal and external) and able to provide insights for developing and executing strategic initiatives and projects
  • Able to focus on the goal, while paying attention to details on the journey
  • A team player -strong leadership skills to drive initiatives while supporting team members on their projects
  • Demonstrated track record of effective execution of strategies.
  • Build a risk management and control culture and ensure guidelines are adhered
