Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver strategic digital projects to support DBS's vision to become a strong digital wealth player
• Drive innovation across Investment Platform through experimentation and partnership with Fintech
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across investment products, treasury markets, technology and vendors to enable smooth execution of the strategic vision
• Lead project teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the projects

Requirements

• University degree
• Healthy blend of strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to execute and an eye for detail
• An analytical and a data-driven approach to problem solving
• Investment product knowledge and prior experience in the Fintech/tech start-up space will be a major plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to quickly command trust and respect from management and partners
