Job Purpose
  • Drive and manage the Commercial Cards suite of card products (physical and virtual)
  • Expand and implement card feature improvements to keep DBS Commercial Cards as a leading commercial payments solution
Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to enhance card features and execute marketing portfolio campaigns to increase spend and card acquisitions
  • Execute implementation plans for newly onboarded commercial cards clients (e.g. Large corporates, Gov linked co/ SMEs/ Travel Agencies)
  • Organize and manage business partnership activities to grow opportunities
  • Drive integrated solutions with clients' Enterprise Resource Planning ERP systems (e.g., Expense Management System/ Data feeds) to help clients in their digitalization process
  • Keep abreast of latest payment technologies and competitive landscape (e.g., Fintech); evaluate opportunities and/ or threats for existing business and take necessary actions
  • Provide excellent and reliable card operations support (e.g., escalation of issues, resolving card operation matters, etc.)
  • Track and analyse sales, income, portfolio performance
  • Work with other internal stakeholders (IBG, T&O, Credit Risk, Fraud etc) to ensure reliable and optimal cards usage
  • Work with technology teams to implement systems enhancements and perform testing
  • Team leader who will supervise commercial card product specialists and their day-to-day client activities
  • Motivate, guide, and respect each team member by fostering teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business or Technology related fields
  • 6-8 years minimum cards industry experience, preferably in the corporate business solution environment
  • Strong knowledge of commercial card products, payment technologies, and corporate buying decision process
  • Experience in leading teams and ability to manage projects / implement product solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C suite
  • Organized and meticulous to details
  • Strong ability to understand, analyse, and present data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps
  • Influence without authority - somebody who can navigate teams beyond their direct management and help drive business and client goals
