  • Project manage as a single point of pre/post implementation support for all internal and external technical needs
  • Support development/integration/certification and first level trouble shooting:
    • Serve as the key contact point for merchant during their integration with DBS systems. Payment Gateway providers across different verticals and technical platforms
  • Pre/Post sales technical SME
  • Assisting the Sales and Relationship team to propose technical solutions with potential merchants to align and determine technical requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collected prior to the integration
  • Work with merchants to optimize payments with DBS suite of payment/collections services with key focus on unified commerce platform (combine instore and online payments to help merchant create a single view for payment reconciliation) and digitalise the merchant onboarding journey and services.
  • Successfully manage all technical implementation issues arising during the implementation stage
  • Project Management
  • Work closely with merchant, internal and external stakeholders to provide a high quality project delivery
  • Project manage by having a full and effective control of all technical implementation activities, issues, managing customer concerns in an efficient way without affecting DBS's relationship to the merchant
  • Responsible for all required technical integration activities (file format testing, UAT, PVT, etc) during & throughout the whole implementation stage until the service is smoothly delivered for the merchant
  • Influence Product Development
  • Form a key part of the feedback channel evaluating merchant need and communicating to Product team, building strong relationship internally and externally
  • Support the sales team with RFI/RFP/tenders

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Payment platform and solutions
  • Able to come up with and clearly communicate very practical and pragmatic solutions to merchants
  • Excellent Business Process and/or Project Management experience
