RGF is representing one of the leading MNCs providing various claims, integrated benefits and business solutions. They are looking for individuals for processing and investigating insurance claims.

Our Client:

RGF is representing one of the leading MNCs providing various claims, integrated benefits and business solutions. They are looking for individuals for processing and investigating insurance claims. This involves working with the Policy holder, Insurers, Brokers, colleagues and other professionals to ensure claims are managed timely and in accordance with policy terms and conditions.

The Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end WICA claims management from registration to finalisation
  • Detailed knowledge of the existing and new MOM WICA legislative changes introduced on 1 Jan 2021 and knowledge in Medical claims
  • Assess WICA claims in line with the MOM policy limits
  • Work independently and make decisions
  • Register claims accurately and timely to ensure all data is captured within the relevant platforms
  • Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with the claim process
  • Analyse claims made by policyholders to establish whether it satisfies the policy conditions
  • Guide policyholders on how to proceed with claims
  • Identify reasons why policy conditions do not apply
  • Correspond with network providers and approved professionals
  • Monitor the progress of a claim to assist with quick resolutions
  • Investigate potentially fraudulent claims
  • Prepare an initial estimate of costs ensuring reserves are updated throughout the claim lifecycle
  • Act on advice from external specialists, such as medical experts, lawyers and loss adjusters on complex claims
  • Investigate cause of loss ensuring it falls under policy coverage
  • Ability to understand and apply policy exclusions where necessary
  • Adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company

The Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of WICA claims experience, Travel Claims experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations
  • Good Time Management skills
  • Team Player with good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Analytical with attention to detail
