YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Manage the groups global IT Disaster Recovery policy and overall management of the respective Disaster Recovery exercises
  • Maintain and coordinate global IT Service Continuity Management concept framework to ensure alignment to IT business objectives and changing regulatory standards
  • Analyse and design current processes and quality assurance on documentation content, test execution and follow up activities
  • Develop and implement controls in adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Review and develop internal IT Service Continuity Management standards and concepts with reference to local laws, regulatory requirements, standards and policies especially in Singapore (MAS) and Hong Kong (HKMA)
  • On duty services for IT Incident Management as IT Incident Manager
  • Incident coordination in case of major IT incidents and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize risk

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computer science or technology
  • Further certification in the area of ITSCM
  • Strong ITIL experience with a minimum Foundation certification
  • Certified in the area of IT Project Management
  • Fluent in English, German knowledge is an advantage
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in ITSCM procedures and processes in the financial industry
  • Expertise of local laws, regulatory requirements and expectations for our service recipients especially in Singapore and Hong Kong
  • Strong knowledge of base IT Infrastructure (Network, SAN, ESX, ...), Middle Ware and Application Layer
  • Very good understanding of banking processing across the organisation
  • Very strong planning, coordination and communication skills
  • Able to work calm and controlled in situations of high pressure
  • Exceptional analytical and planning abilities coupled with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to report effectively to key stakeholders
