We are looking for risk analysts, quants, or data science professionals to join a market leading management consulting firm who have recently won some very exciting projects. This candidate will have experience in the following industries: Consumer & Industrial Products, Telecoms, Media and Technology, Energy and Resources, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Public Sector

Responsibilities

  • Delivering risk analytics projects, supporting the design of the project approach and producing deliverables for clients.
  • Working across a range of delivery engagements, from small to large projects, often as part of a mixed capability delivery team and at times working on more than one project in parallel.
  • Developing internal practice through codifying best practice & delivery methodologies.
  • Supporting in the development of analytics propositions within the CPS industries, and the development of thought leadership.
  • To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture

Requirements

  • Operated in, or have experience of Information Management and/or Data Science within one or more CPS industries.
  • Experience delivering services related to one or more of core Information Management and Data Science domains:
  • Data Strategy;
  • Data Architecture;
  • Data Governance;
  • Master Data Management;
  • Big data;
  • Visualisation;
  • Analytical modelling;
  • Artificial intelligence;
  • Leading engagements delivering, working with or knowledge on a range of tools such as:
  • Information management tools (e.g. SQL, ETL, RDBMS)
  • Visualization tools (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau)
  • Data science (e.g. R, Python, Alteryx, SAS, SPSS)
  • Big data tools (e.g. Hadoop, Spark)
  • Cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Experience of applying supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms to a variety of business problems and an understanding of which approaches are relevant in different scenarios
  • Strong delivery skills, and experience of managing multiple engagements.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and in many different and challenging environments.
