IT Helpdesk Technician - Manchester - Permanent
The role

Harvey Nash are currently working alongside a well know organisation based in Bolton, who are searching for an enthusiastic, organised and ambitious individual to provide excellent 1st line I.T support to end-users.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in an IT Helpdesk Environment.
- Experience in Windows Vista 7/8.
- Understanding ITIL principles.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure all calls are logged accurately and promptly in line with call logging procedures.
- Working collaboratively with other sectors of the IT department, championing a 'right first time' service maintain a 95% SLA on all IT issues.
- Reinforce IDH IT policies and procedures to end users.
- Build and configure IT hardware e.g. laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
