One of the UK's leading leading Investment Management institutions is currently seeking a senior Business Analyst to join them overseeing high level business analysis activities across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Hold ownership of overseeing and delivering business analysis activities across numerous business change initiatives.
- Provide high level and deeply technical business analysis expertise
- Facilitate, analyse and document current business processes
- Translate Business Requirements and define proposed changes
- Assess and identify potential opportunities for new solutions and improved processes
- Champion process documentation and improvement methodologies across the business
- Stakeholder Management
Required Experience & Skill-set:
- Prior experience and knowledge of the Asset Management industry is essential
- A strong focus on business analysis in a business change capacity
- A track record of business analysis within Asset Management is beneficial - Financial Services is essential
- High level business analysis capabilities - requirements facilitation, documentation, translation etc.
- Stakeholder Management
- Exemplary written and verbal communication capabilities
