In this capacity you will help drive origination and execution across a range of sectors in collaboration with the bank's sector and product teams, The team is collegiate, has a flat structure and you will work closely wirth seniors, attend client meetings and take an active role in mentoring and training juniors.
- This is an ideal opportunity for a senior Associate or junior Vice President to join an established Corporate Finance franchise within a leading bank. The position will bring a well-rounded perspective of the development of financial advisory across the CEEMEA region. The potential candidate will be joining a highly successful team in a hardworking but friendly atmosphere
- The position will report to the Co-Heads of CEEMEA Corporate Finance
Responsibilities include:
- Strong involvement in the origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions across the CEEMEA geographies
- Leading in the preparation of presentations for clients, investors and the broader investment community
- Playing an instrumental role in the execution of M&A and ECM mandates, taking increasing responsibilities on key workstreams and deliverables
- Working in close coordination with other country and products teams, coordinate multi-products pitch and execution in an international deal-making environment
- Is commercially aware and shows potential to be client interface at senior level
In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Has excellent knowledge of Corporate Finance concepts and Corporate Finance related products (in particular M&A and Equity Capital Markets)
- Has solid accounting, valuation, legal, market rules/listings rules knowledge
- Has solid modeling skills (advanced 3-statement financial modeling, convertible bond impact, EPS Accretion/Dilution in M&A or ECM transactions, right issues modeling)
- Proven hands-on experience in M&A and ECM deal making with closed M&A/ECM deals experience
- Is insightful, reasoned and self-starter, is accurate and reliable and is a good team player able to interact across a variety of cultures
- Strong command of English. Additional language(s) across CEEMEA geographies is a plus
