Family Office Junior Executive

A rare and exciting opportunity to join a private investment office, working on behalf of the Managing Partner of a sizeable private markets business in central London. With a focus an accounting, you will hold a broad role looking after many aspects of the investment portfolio. A part or fully qualified accountant is required together with a strong academic background.

The Role:

• Support the Managing Partner in all aspects of managing investment portfolio:
• Initial asset allocation
• Quarterly performance reviews
• Engaging and liaising with external advisors

• Overview real estate portfolio provide support in:
• Property acquisitions
• Development and refurbishments
• Accounting and tax reporting

• Support the Managing Partner and the Head of Tax with the tax compliance process:
• Facilitate and coordinate other Family, Trust & Estate structures:
• Coordinate philanthropic operations
• Handling of insurance policies
• Support other family members with ad-hoc finance related projects
• Artwork

Requirements:

• You will be a graduate with a strong academic background
• Be highly numerate, likely to be following an accounting or tax qualification, part or fully qualified in either
• Financial services experience would be advantageous, ideally having had exposure to working with senior executives
• Excellent all round communication and interpersonal skills
