ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • We are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants to support / lead the delivery of financial crime change projects, often involving navigation of cross-discipline teams.
  • Our clients are predominantly within Financial Services and they are looking for support in delivering regulatory compliant financial crime solutions. This may include Financial Crime Risk Assessments, Target Operating Model design and implementation, Customer Risk Rating Methodology definition and implementation, Policy and Procedure definition, Gap Analysis, Training design / implementation, Management Information definition etc.
  • You will also be expected to support Capco in client account planning, business development and relationship building / networking within the financial crime community (both at clients and more broadly)
  • Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to financial crime change thought leadership to support the growth of Capco’s financial crime practice

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • A working knowledge of the financial crime regulatory environment in the UK (an understanding of the European and Global environment is desirable).
  • Strong experience in change management, with focus on the people side of change, including designing / implementing changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures, whilst ensuring projects meet objectives on time and to budget.
  • Previous experience will include the successful delivery of financial crime change programmes at financial services institutions.
  • Stakeholder management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, robust leadership and programme management skills with the ability to operate independently and present complex data in a clear and concise manner are desirable.
  • Strong academic background (degree level or similar) with relevant financial crime qualifications preferred (e.g. CAMS Certification, ICA Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention, ICA Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering, ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance).
