Job Title: Infrastructure Compliance Manager Corporate Title: Vice President

Overview:

You'll be joining the Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Infrastructure Compliance team, which serves as the primary Compliance contact for all Infrastructure functions. It performs its work by advising, assessing, monitoring and reporting. Its purpose is to support a culture of compliance within all infrastructure functions through greater awareness of, and agreeing ownership for regulatory issues, and Compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing the design, development, oversight and governance arrangements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assessing and supporting the management and oversight of material remediation issues resulting from regulatory change
  • Managing query resolution from internal and external sources
  • Liaising with other Compliance functions including Regulatory Affairs
  • Working in partnership with Infrastructure functions whilst providing robust challenge

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong awareness of key regulatory and industry developments including cyber security and data related issues
  • Awareness and experience with regulatory and operational control mechanisms and processes
  • Experience in financial services in either Regulation or Infrastructure
  • Demonstrable analytical and data interpretation skills
  • A track record of stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
  • A strong communicator, influencer and stakeholder manager and be able to work in a matrix environment
  • A team player, you will need to work with people with an array of relevant knowledge and experience and be prepared to share your knowledge and resources to meet yours and the team deliverables
