New Role: Corporate Governance and Policy - Global Bank
Outstanding new role for a Senior Corporate Governance and Policy professional
One of the world's largest banks is seeking to hire a senior individual to lead on the implementation and roll out of a new Corporate Governance and Secretariat division.
This is a new role for the Bank and whilst initially stand alone, it will be expected to grow and build a team around it (circa 5 - 10 FTEs)
The role will interact with the highest stakeholders globally in developing corporate governance policy across ExCo and multiple Boards of Directors and act as a subject matter expert in developing policy on a global scale. Candidate Requirements:
- You should have solid technical experience in Corporate Governance matters, specifically Listings Rules and Companies Act matters. You therefore may be a qualified Company Secretary or qualified lawyer.
- Experience of developing and implementing policy is a significant advantage in this role.
- Outstanding communication skills with an ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders, globally.
- Organisation and project management skills will need to be demonstrated
