Operations Analyst – Major Hedge Fund – 70-85k base / 50-100% bonus

Working in the team focused on trade support for the firm’s flagship European funds, the hire will work in a broad remit focused on direct desk support for the investment desk that you face off to, stock loan + equity finance responsibilities, regulatory support and facing off to executing brokers / PB’s. The FO contact is particularly prominent. There is a huge value add component to the role – this includes work around new fund launches, new equity strategy / product launches and other ad-hoc projects set by the desk.

The hire will have the opportunity to learn VBA, SQL and python to a strong standard in this role.

Candidates should have 3-6yrs experience in buy-side operations ideally (we have some flexibility on this). A strong academic profile is a pre-requisite. Strong tech skills and/or a desire to learn advanced tech is a pre-requisite.

The role can pay up to an 85k base salary. A 50-100% bonus is confirmed for this role, with the variable being determined by individual and company performance.
