The role:
We are looking for Recruiters to join Lanson Partners in our next exciting phase of growth, the role will involve developing client relationships within our areas of expertise and providing an excellent service experience to both clients and candidates to form long lasting relationships.

You will have the full support from all directors to be successful in your role, have access to an industry leading commission structure where you can earn over 40% of total billings and be part of a mature working environment with a focus on quality & not quantity (we’re not KPI driven). Salary range $80k to $110k + Super, with market leading commission structure where you can earn over 40% of your revenue

What we are looking for
Experienced recruitment professionals with 2-5 years of experience that bring a track record of delivering great outcomes for their customers, take a long-term strategic view of relationships and are self-motivated. As the ideal candidate you will have previously supplied into the Financial Services industry.
