Regulatory/Capital Reporting Transformation Director role is responsible to delivering regulatory/capital reporting for the European entity of a major global bank.

A major International bank with EMEA entity run out of London.

Description

Regulatory/Capital Reporting Transformation Director will join the Corporate Reporting team in London. The successful candidate will primarily be involved in leading regulatory and capital projects, where you will work with other members of the Financial Management Group especially those in the Transformation team.

You will be involved in regulatory reporting control and quality assurance services and providing decision support for new business proposals and regulatory reporting change projects.

You will have:

  • Experience running transformation in a multinational Bank

  • Leading a portfolio of regulatory and capital reporting projects within the EMEA region.

  • Have a focus on Investment, institutional and/or wholesale banking

  • Strong experience in a Global or European regulatory change and regulatory transformation team

  • Strong experience and knowledge of Credit risk, liquidity and capital reporting projects

  • Portfolio management experience

  • A strong understanding and exposure to digital transformation

Profile

Regulatory/Capital Reporting Transformation Director Experience

To be successful, you will be degree qualified with experience in Investment or Wholesale banking. You will also have:

  • a CA qualification or equivalent

  • previous exposure to regulatory reporting and strong excel skills

  • Strong experience on Credit risk, liquidity and capital reporting projects within Financial Services

  • Strong experience and knowledge of Credit risk, liquidity and capital reporting projects

  • Strong attention to detail, proactivity and the ability to see multiple tasks through to completion

  • a strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously and within a cohesive team

  • the ability to develop strong working relationships with team members and key stakeholders.

Job Offer

£100-150K basic dependent on experience.
