Skills and Experience Required
  • 5+ years' professional experience, ideally proficient in Java, Golang or C++
  • Prometheus and/or Jaeger experience // contributions to the open source libraries
  • First-hand experience designing and implementing scalable Event Delivery and batch/continuous operator stream processing solutions
  • Sound understanding of distributed, highly available systems
  • Financial industry experience is NOT required

Highly Desirable:
  • Knowledge of any of the following:
    • Kafka, Spark
    • Relational & No SQL databases
    • Public/private cloud development, e.g. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry & AWS
    • Modern dev practices, e.g. Agile/Scrum, Git, CI/CD

  • Significant salaries + benefits
  • High degree of ownership and impactful work
  • Excellent career growth and professional development is encouraged
  • Flexible working and working from home opportunities (currently fully work from home, but 2-3 days a week is 'normal')

If you feel you are a good match or interested in a general chat about the tech market, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
