Configuration Consultant
As a Configuration Consultant you will be a part of our Quilter Financial Planning systems team, assessing and implementing configuration changes to the systems and contributing to the enhancement of the system through the development of bespoke processes, templates and workflows and provide technical guidance to support staff.

About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the analysis of system requirements relating to customisation and configuration of the systems and implementation of bespoke processes and workflows to reflect the business. You will also be responsible for the management, assessment and implementation of small change and bug fixes and management of JIRA backlog tasks, from initial analysis through to delivery.

You will be chairing conference calls relating to project activities and managing stakeholder expectations and analysing, configuring and maintaining external application integrations whist executing system configuration based on requirements, supporting the delivery of MI requirements and assessing and resolving configuration issues in a timely manner whilst coordinating multiple system environments.

About you
We are looking for an individual to join our team that has excellent communication, both written and verbal skills with sound analytical and planning skills. You will need to be able to handle pressure, remaining focused and calm and have the ability to demonstrate flexibility, prioritise workloads and work on your own initiative and demonstrate leadership and ownership of issues and have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

You will need to have 3+ years' experience of XPLAN or CommPay or Worksmart configuration or a comparable system and experience in developing workflows and best-practice assessment, as well as knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and knowledge of software development cycle. You will also need to have Prince2 knowledge and Agile SDLC.
