A new role within HR that will help the internal comminucations strategy.

About the Role

This is a newly created role within the HR department supporting an internal communications strategy.

What you will do at Planet

  • Drive the company's intranet strategy, aiming to provide the best possible user experience, support collaboration and engagement, and improve efficiency with the aim of keeping the global workforce connected and up to date
  • Plan and execute internal communications strategy by managing the comms schedule and working with a global network of contributors from across the business to develop and deliver new content
  • Encourage consistency of messaging across platforms and use alternative methods to engage and increase the impact of messaging, including utilising the central employee system, Workday
  • Regularly provide updates to the Group HR Directoron intranet performance and internal communications delivery
  • Work with the Corporate Communications Team and coordinate efforts accordingly

What you will need to bring to Planet

  • Excellent standards of written and verbal communication
  • Previous roles held in a similar complex matrix environment with direct experience of managing internal communications and/or intranet platforms
  • Proven skill in setting a strategy, delivering against a plan and proving impact
  • Ability to write and edit content that is optimised for digital delivery
  • Experience of working and co-ordinating activity between international offices
  • Understanding of digital user experience and how to analyse MI to make recommendations on the basis of what the data is telling us
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage deliverables to deadlines
