We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and resourceful Administrative Professional to support the Head of Digital, Payments and Core Banking.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working in a fast paced/high energy environment and have the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines. The candidate will accomplish all tasks with poise, professionalism and a positive attitude.

  • Interfacing with internal and external clients as well as Senior Management within the organization.

  • Demonstrating confidence in communicating and working with team members, including team members in various locations.

  • Complex calendaring and domestic and international travel arrangements experience a must.

  • Scheduling reoccurring meetings, 1:1s and staff meetings, interviews for key individuals.

  • On-boarding new employees and contractors (sets up network access, ordering equipment, etc.).

  • Preparing and submits expense reports and invoices in a timely manner.

  • Team building/ event planning (identifying offsite and onsite venues, contract negotiation, logistics, catering, etc.).

  • Creating, editing and compiling diverse administrative assignments, Power Point presentations, and other related materials, including highly sensitive and confidential information.


  • Minimum 5 years previous progressive experience as an administrative assistant

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Lync

  • Creative self-starter who enjoys working independently and as a member of a team.

  • Strong team player that builds morale through relationships.

  • Communicates with poise and professionalism through verbal and written communication.

  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite required.

  • Executes tasks efficiently and quickly with strong attention to detail and deadlines. Ability to multi-task and prioritize among multiple assignments.

  • Intermediate to advanced computer/web surfing/ tech savvy skills (Plus to have the ability to set up accounts for various users)

  • Experience working with Audio Video Conferencing (Web Ex, Lync, Office Communicator, Video Chat)

  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively with a high performing Administrative Assistant team.

  • Flexibility with time/working with different time zones.

  • Working in the Banking industry a plus.
