We'll look to you to lead assessments of operational risks, develop & communicate risk mitigation and recovery environment requirements, and coordinate development and exercising of contingency plans associated with the company's technology operations and business functions. You will plan and coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity exercises, documenting the results of each, and identifying any enhancements to the Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plans and Procedures. All with the goal of total business resiliency.
For this high profile role, we need you to have 5+ years of IT operations, including business continuity and disaster recovery planning work experience. You'll have strong project management skills, and the ability to plan, organize, and direct the testing of technology infrastructure and business resumption procedures. Strong writing and presentation skills are required also. Ability or desire to manage people is a nice to have. You have knowledge of a broad range of risk assessment / management concepts, including Auditing Methodologies and Approaches, Information Security Policies, Standards and Procedures, PCI Standards, ISO 2700x Standards, NIST Risk Framework, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance mandate.
