About the Role As the Sr. Manager of Identity and Access Management, you would report to the End User Services Director within Enterprise Systems IT who champions the technology needs of E*TRADE staff. In this role you would manage the operational aspects of Access Control, Application Onboarding, Access Recertification and comply with audit requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Access Control Operation
  • Manage the Recertification process
  • Handle and assist with Audit requirements
  • Support the Onboarding of new and modified process changes
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation
  • Manage the team supporting and maintaining the tools involved in the processes for Recertification and Access Control


Qualifications Requirements

Five years of experience in the following areas:
  • Expertise in Access Control procedures
  • Expertise in designing processes and methodologies to drive efficiencies
  • Working with Office software, such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Working in environments where strong analytical skills were required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Having worked effectively in a matrix organization
Desired Experience:
  • Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Working independently and managing one's time
  • Integrating well into an existing team of technical and project professionals
  • Displaying strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer engineering, communications or related field required
  • Experience with Financial Institutions, Bank, or Trade Desk a plus
