KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Deskside Support Services to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.


  • Provide the customer with second-level support services and customer desk side services; deliver high-quality technology support, Fusion/ServiceNow ticket administration, and asset life-cycle management
  • Participate in the implementation of national IT projects in the local environment
  • Provide intermediate level Windows operating system troubleshooting
  • Proactively communicate with customers from analysis through resolution to keep them informed of status, and provide follow-up upon resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Apply working knowledge of internal client-specific applications to troubleshoot issues
  • Test and deliver patches, product releases, and other firm-supported upgrades and enhancements


  • Minimum one year of experience in Information Systems supporting office technology and second-level desktop support with diverse infrastructure technology experience in desktop, applications, LAN, WAN and servers
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to provide hands on and remote troubleshooting, support, and resolution of technology issues across several offices in a geographic area
  • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, organizational and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work
  • Ability to travel and provide on-call coverage on nights and weekends, as needed
  • US Citizenship is required
