We are looking for a full life-cycle, Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team in our headquarters in Waltham, MA. Reporting to the VP, Talent, this individual will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and will be charged with finding, attracting, and assessing the talent across G&A functional areas. Responsibilities include:

  • Support G&A (Corporate) functional areas including Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, and Administrative roles across the corporation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams by collaborating on effective search and attraction strategies.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to understand the business, goals, and position requirements to develop strategies to fill critical roles across the organization.
  • Assess, present, and close candidates in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple stakeholder relationships,, and provide consultative services throughout the process.
  • Act as an agent for the company and understand the value of the candidate experience.
  • Demonstrate an ability to identify process inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement
  • Think creatively and identify solutions to provide diverse talent in hard to fill markets
  • Work closely with other functions within HR including HR Business Partners, People Services and Operations, and Talent. Partner with the VP of Talent on programs, process improvements, and hiring metrics

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree, 5-7 years experience in full life cycle recruiting
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Experience recruiting for a diverse set of roles, including Director and executive levels
  • Demonstrated experience in building a strong, diverse candidate pipeline; can attract passive candidates to provide exposure to Global Partners
  • The ability to be proactive & consultative with Hiring Managers & Senior leaders
  • Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to shift priorities and work independently
