Sr. Manager of IT Professional Services Sourcing
Location: Charlotte, NC, USAThe Senior Sourcing Manager will primarily be responsible for strategic sourcing e.g. RFx, contract negotiations and spend management related to IT services including implementation services, consulting, ongoing support and maintenance covering lines of business including infrastructure services, development, enterprise architecture, and analytics. The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for understanding key stakeholders' book of work, identifying business needs and areas of enhancement, as well as bringing market intelligence to the team to make strategic decisions. The Senior Sourcing Manager will be accountable for developing short and long term sourcing strategies with internal clients and executing on those strategies to deliver improvements in price and/or service quality while mitigating risk.
•Leading Strategic Sourcing projects e.g. the RFx process including gathering business requirements, drafting RFx documents, identifying and qualifying potential suppliers, RFx project management in alignment with Procurement and Sourcing's policies and procedures
•Lead negotiator of Professional Service Agreements including Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, etc. Ability to draft documents which describe negotiated and agreed upon business terms.
•Summarizing, reporting and presenting deal, savings, and category information to Senior management
•Building strong relationships with suppliers, internal clients (e.g. IT, Project Managers, Senior Management) and business partners (e.g. IT, Legal, Finance/Planning, Information Security)
•Providing Subject Matter Expertise on IT Professional Services and key suppliers
•Managing the holistic contractual relationship with several key IT Professional Service vendor relationships
•Interact regularly with Business Partners and IT Executives with regards to their IT Professional services initiatives.
Required Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferred in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; •Preferred: 7-10+ years of experience in strategic software sourcing with a Finance or technology firm
•Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint are essential

•Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to work with C level management
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
•Ability to handle multiple complex concurrent projects
•CPSM or other professional certification would be desirable
