Responsibilities include:

Manage IT Security engagement in both internal and external projects
Manage prioritization of projects based upon business needs
Facilitating all operational checkpoint activities throughout the project lifecycle such as requirement analysis, vendor selection, design, development, testing, implementation and hand-over to post-go live support
Assessing and facilitating resolution of all high priority project risks as they are encountered
Facilitating the creation of project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project goals
Participating in the creation and communication of best practices for Project Management.
Identifying and managing interdependencies within your project and to other projects/ programs
Managing program changes to achieve program goals
Monitoring progress and continually updating relevant business stakeholder of program status
Tracking milestones and deliverables using MS Project and other appropriate tools
Budget activities across IT Security function
Assist in business management activities of IT Security function as needed


Required Job Qualifications:

Must be a results oriented strong leader
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing IT projects and/or IT programs in complex environments
Successful project management of information security and infrastructure projects
Demonstrated experience coordinating global and cross-functional project teams
Experience writing/creating scope documents and decision memos
Demonstrated experience communicating project status, daily task management and proactive issue tracking and resolution
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple and competing priorities and projects
Ability to:

Work across diverse groups and teams with a common goal
Work through differences to reach consensus 

Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Project Management Methods and Techniques
Proficient with MS Project and MS Office
Ability to travel globally (approximately 10%)
Proficient in English

Desired Job Qualifications:

PMP or PMI certification
Track record working in an Enterprise/ IT PMO environment
