Group Manager, Client Processing
Responsiblefor setting client fee schedules after execution of new or renegotiatedcontracts, establishing and maintaining account structures and fee schedulesacross multiple billing systems. Responsiblefor standard and exception based transaction processing, processing, providesclient service and support to internal and external clients on a daily basis,including product knowledge and technical assistance, problem resolution, andaccount transaction or managed account processing.
Manages multiplesmall contract implementation, client service and client processing teams handlingany/all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries,transactional processing and problem resolution. Manages the performance ofassigned staff, coaching and guiding on billing set-up, establishing andmaintaining account structure and fee schedules in the billing systems,execution and client inquiries. ManagesClient Processing activities through other managers or a large team of seniorprofessionals. Serves as a top level of support for external clients who werenot able to have problems resolved at a lower level.
Ensuresthe volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds qualitystandards and is properly reviewed and documented. Identifies, coordinates andimplements process improvements to improve the experience for all stakeholdersRecruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individualcontribution, their professional growth and their ability to functioneffectively with their colleagues as a team.. May develop business plans forteam/group operations. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. Qualifications
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 1-3 years in management. Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
