Fraud Business Analyst III will provide project oversight across US Fraud Management while also producing on business support activities. This role supports the Strategic Transformation and Partner Integration team and is heavily involved with multiple business partners to bring the Fraud perspective to every relationship and interaction. Responsibilities of the Business Analyst III include, but are not limited to, maintaining internal and business partner routines, document preparation, input aggregation from peer groups, serving as Fraud representative in regular routines while interacting and presenting updates to senior leadership. Candidates for this role must be able to work effectively with limited oversight and manage their time well.
Works independently but receives assistance/coaching from more senior levels.
Coaches other team members, as appropriate, within area of expertise.
Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners including the retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services and North American business partners such as TD Wealth Management, TD Ameritrade and TD Insurance.
Helps senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis and various corporate and business line initiatives.
Works with line of business team members/ resource.
Resolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, outside contacts as necessary.
Works cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes.
Adds financial value to company by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the company.

Successfully complete all required job specific, compliance-related training. Understand, utilize and follow Compliance/Risk and control programs. Consult with all risk functions in the development and documentation of policies, procedures and controls, for all department processes.
Ensure ongoing compliance with internal / external audit and regulatory requirements. Provide prompt and comprehensive response to all external audit, regulator and compliance requests and findings. Maintain appropriate records of action plans.
