This opportunity is to join the Global Payments Product Management Team as theManaging Director and Global Head of FX Payments. Responsibilities of the teaminclude new product development, management of the product P&L,coordination of technology, operations and service delivery and maintenance ofthe network of agent banks and non-bank service partners that support thedelivery of our FX payments globally. A key priority for the business is to expandcountry coverage and broaden services to emerging payments and collectionscapabilities to extend the network, enhance our value proposition and delivernew and differentiated services. The Global Head of FX Payments will lead thiseffort working in partnership with the Wholesale Payments Client Solutions,Global Market Infrastructure and FX Markets teams to develop requirements andset priorities.

Key Priorities:

  • Product Strategy & Development including design and execution of acohesive and comprehensive global strategy for core FX payments capabilitiesdelivery that is aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Business Management & Promotion including end-to-end understanding of howFX products work, how they are used by clients and how they interact with otherCore Cash Management Services. A deep understanding of the external market,development of strong internal partnerships and external visibility withclients and the industry will be critical success factors.
  • Network Management & Expansion including assurance of the security,stability and resiliency of the network through regular assessment andoversight and the identification and sourcing of new and non-traditionalnetwork providers to drive network innovation and support global growth

  • Deepunderstanding of global cash management including domestic and internationalpayments, collections and FX
  • Innovation track record and demonstrated creative approach to businessdevelopment and transformation
  • Excellent relationship management, partnership and influencing skills
  • Effective negotiation and strategic planning capabilities
