Job Summary
The analyst is a key member of the partnership team supporting data management, reporting, trade processes and problem resolution. This person will work closely with the VP and the team to ensure integrity of the data systems and team's books and records. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, ability to process a large volume of transactions, critical thinking to understand a very complex partnership structure, and working in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Maintain complete and accurate data uploaded in Partnership's Database Management System
-Work with the Oracle team in resolving issues related to the partners' account activity online
-Update accounts listing on a weekly basis
-Coordinate with the Raymond James in relation to opening brokerage accounts for US/Non-US and individual/entity accounts
-Maintain Master files related to stock sales, exchanges and redemptions
-Update of the share roll-forward schedule for dividend purposes
-Coordinate with the payroll department in preparing payroll files for all regions in relation to exchanges and redemption
-Coordinate with the legal department in preparing share issuance and share retrieval files
-Resolve stock sale issues in a timely manner
-Prepare wires and bank letters for tax reserve payments to partners in Brazil, Chile, and Mexico in relation to exchanges and redemptions
-Communicate account activity to partners

Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
-Strong attention to detail
-At least a year experience in accounting, equity compensation or operations
-A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team oriented environment
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
-Effective communication skills
-Must have strong organizational skills

-Ability to management time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
-Ability to learn and adapt to change
