Our 24-month leadership program is focused on developing the future leaders of the financial services industry. Through projects across client management, strategy, and other lines of business, you will receive a panoramic view of BNY Mellon's entire global franchise, providing rare insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks. In each of these roles, you will work on high-priority initiatives and develop a comprehensive set of analytical and interpersonal skills. As part of a highly selective program, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the senior leadership of BNY Mellon and its clients, while receiving personalized career guidance and support from a dedicated executive mentor. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for high impact roles in multiple businesses and functions.
You will play a critical role in each group and gain hands-on experience in solving business problems, managing client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives.
- Support relationship management for the bank's largest, most important clients (e.g., developing cross-enterprise sales plans, preparing materials for client presentations)
- Conduct primary research on clients and industries to identify opportunities for relationship development and revenue growth
- Help brief senior executives in response to major client and industry events
- Work with individual business and functional leaders to help shape their priorities and connect into Bank-wide strategic narrative and priorities
- Help develop strategic external partnerships (e.g., with large clients, technology companies, other industry stakeholders)
- Help source and incubate cross-business/new business ventures
We are looking for highlymotivated, intellectually curious, and entrepreneurial individuals with astrong academic record and a demonstrated interest in financial services.
