ICG O&T is a global organization supporting the full range of operations and technology based activities for Citi's Institutional Clients Group, including Markets and Securities Services, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Private Bank and BCMA. It is comprised of over 50,000 FTE and $4.0Bn of annual expense.

ICG O&T is an integral part of the ICG business, fully aligned with its strategies, and plays a critical role in ensuring client delivery while meeting all regulatory and compliance objectives.

This position will assist in supporting the financial analytics process across the Private Bank, ISG, and OTCR as well as provide focus on the Technology Balance Sheet, Productivity and Severance across ICG O&T.


  • Compile financial analysis for all actuals and planning dimensions such as: Earnings, Outlooks, Forecasts, Annual Plan, and manage the preparation of financial presentations.
  • Provide monthly productivity analysis partnering each line of business in ICG O&T.
  • Maintain robust reporting on productivity and investments, including return analysis and measurable metrics that will be used in Senior Management scorecards
  • Streamline reporting/tracking of productivity to adopt best practices and align processes with corporate defined standards
  • Lead efforts in align severance actions to current forecasts
  • Support the Balance Sheet lead in reviewing the technology balance sheet and impacts of amortization
  • Lead the annual impairment review of technology programs and applications
  • Show and understanding of capital markets, institutional banking, technology and operations.
  • Develop solid working relationships with key stake holders including ICG Expense team and Chief of Staff with focus to improve accuracy of forecasting and expand analytics on financial processes


  • Minimum 7 years of experience with significant time spent in one of the following functions: Financial Planning and Analysis or Strategy role at a business unit or corporate level within a global financial services organization or a Chief of Staff role with-in a Global Technology organization with significant Financial oversight
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proven track record of managing and converting large data sets into business decision making tools
  • Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills - must be able to work in a complex organization on integrated teams horizontally and vertically
  • Ability to establish strong internal relationships across businesses and functions and to work in partnership with multiple parties to achieve shared goals
  • Proven ability to drive results and work independently, and great attention to details
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements across the organization
  • Strong financial modelling and Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel, and PowerPoint)
