Provide customer support related to a designated client base.
Develop an understanding of client day to day needs and provide support relating to cash management products including: Online Banking, Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay and ACH Origination.
Support Implementation team with the onboarding of new clients and maintenance of current client base. Duties include opening accounts, proper management of client documentation, and communication with partner banks relating to new product implementations.
Monitor internal payment processes, respond to and manage reconciliation issues while having the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
Maintain Compliance standards. Understand basic BSA/AML, OFAC concepts and requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in area of finance, accounting or related degree
At least three years of Cash Managament/Treasury experience
Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Working knowledge of corporate cash management products such as Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, and Positive Pay
Familiarity with payment files such as NACHA and SWIFT
Understand BSA/AML, OFAC concepts and requirements.
Knowledge of Share Point is a plus
Knowledge of BNYM Cash Mgmt Systems is a plus
