General Responsibilities:


  • Manage a global team of Real estate technologyprofessionals across APAC, EMEA and U.S.

  • Work closely with business partners to helpdefine strategy and lead the execution of the strategy

  • Work closely with the global team and partnergroups to deliver software applications

  • Stay current with latest trends in Real estateand provide thought leadership

  • Support all aspects of business metricsincluding budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business review cycles

  • Participate with RFPs, help support new businessby participating in client pitches and work with existing clients to helpsupport and grow revenues for AIS

  • Spearhead communication across the team and tointernal stakeholders

  • Identify and remediate risk management items,including but limited to controls, processes & procedures and businesscontinuity

  • Assist with talent development for theorganization


Skillsand Qualifications


  • Seasoned technology manager with 15+ years ofexperience preferably managing global team of technologists. Ability to build and motivate strong teams

  • Experience in Real Estate business and platforms- accounting, analytics, reporting

  • Experience working with Yardi and Investran (orequivalent systems)

  • Proven track record of implementing large scaleprograms

  • Technology background including a college degreein computer science or related field. Lookingfor foundational background with technical skills in areas of Platforms,scalability, programming languages, databases, design and APIs.

  • Working knowledge of latest in cloudtechnologies, open source, Machine Learning, Data and AI

  • Experience working with different stakeholderssuch as clients, business partners, IT partners and vendors.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills, TeamManagement



  • Ability to build and leverage effectivepartnerships and relationships

  • Strong analytical skills; able to gather andsynthesize information, draw insights and summarize issues

  • Highly organized, ability to manage to multiple,simultaneous aggressive deadlines and ensure adherence to firm wide protocols


Managesmultiple application development projects for one or several business segments,including all phases of the systems development and implementation process.Provides analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing support for theclient area application systems in an environment of diverse developmentplatforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technology, tools, etc..Works collaboratively with business partners on technology solutions that havea significant revenue or cost impact, oversees the development andimplementation of multiple application systems and identifies resourcerequirements to ensure 'best practice' development techniques. Workscollaboratively with business partners in defining, developing, andimplementing technology solutions that have impact on improving the business. Recruits,directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individualcontribution, their professional growth and their ability to functioneffectively with their colleagues as a team. Manages multiple developmentteams. Contributes to the achievement of multiple teams' objectives.

Qualifications

Advanceddegree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent workexperience required12 + years of experience in systems analysis and programdevelopment with related supervisory, management and administrative experiencerequired, experience in the securities or financial services industry is aplus.
