As a Business Intelligence and AI Market Manager you will be a member of the Global Enterprise Services senior leadership team involved in strategic planning and  initiatives that are key to the business' growth, enhancing client experience and executing on the Simple - Global - Digital strategy of global Treasury and Trade Solutions' multi-year roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To create a compelling business plan and roadmap that clearly articulates the Business Intelligence and AI strategy and initiatives that will enable TTS to execute on its growth and digital strategies.
  • Lead and execute transformational business strategy from concept into a framework for adoption, and then to execution at global, regional, country and functional levels.
  • Align with the Global Market Management and Relationship Management organization to understand and provide input into market trends and disruptors that will impact our business and that of our clients and determine what steps from a data and AI perspective need to be taken.
  • Support business strategy planning and execution and related updates to global stakeholders. This role will design & implement a process to facilitate the capture and prioritization of AI, high value data insights & advanced analytics use cases in collaboration with product and labs across the horizontal.
  • To manage and track related financials, highlight issues and conflicts and drive to resolution as well as lead the investment spend process for Enterprise Services
  • To co-ordinate with Global and regional leads regarding  delivery and implementation of the initiatives in the target regions
  • To chair Enterprise Services Global and Regional  Management Committee: a group of senior Enterprise Services Leads both global and regional, Technology and Client Ops resources to monitor  progress of initiatives and align strategy and messaging. Report overall status to Core Cash Executive team.


Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience:
  • 10-15 years in Strategy planning, Financial Management
  • Good knowledge and practical application of data and AI
