EscrowServices is a business unit within the Treasury Services division of J.P. Morgan'sCorporate & Investment Bank (CIB). Escrow holds institutional client assets insafekeeping, and is used to mitigate risk in institutional transactions,including mergers and acquisitions, bond issuances, andlitigation settlements. This positionwill report into the North America Product Management Team Lead.


  • Assistthe North America product team in developing strategies and leading initiativesto drive revenue and profit growth
  • Drivediverse projects, working with our partners across Sales, Client Service,Liquidity, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, and Risk, as well as regional productteams outside North America
  • Conduct analysis of market andclient data to identify potentialchanges in strategy (who we target, where we expand, what product developmentwe need, etc.)
  • Developmarketing materials and talking points to position our solutions for newbusiness opportunities
  • Managedeposit interest rates for clients, including determining standard andexception pricing
  • Scopeenhancements to our internal and client-facing technology platforms, includingfacilitating focus groups, writing requirements, and testing
  • Deviseways to automate and improve business processes and reporting
  • Coordinatecompliance and regulatory-related risk reviews of escrow products and clients
  • Contributeto regular business reviews examining our progress against key priorities, andpresent to the management team
  • Gainunderstanding of Escrow product solutions, client purchasing behavior, revenuedrivers, and operating model; serve as Escrow subject matter expert and dailyresource for our partners

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and organizecross-functional teams to execute on high-impact projects and drive newbusiness initiatives
  • Ability to define and drive projects proactively and independently,and juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Advanced quantitative ability and knowledge of MicrosoftExcel; experience analyzing large complex data sets, and developing conclusionsand practical recommendations
  • Inquisitivenature with strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply
  • Effective interpersonal skills - ability to buildrelationships with functional partners inside and outside Escrow Services
  • At least three to five years' experience in FinancialServices product management or equivalent
