Job Description

The Wholesale Credit Technology Testing Executive is responsible for QA processes within Wholesale Credit Technology globally. The leader will be a primary end to end testing interface with Senior Management in Technology, Front Office and Operations. The Wholesale Credit Technology Testing function is primarily responsible for a transformation of end to end testing activities as part of a broader Wholesale Credit Transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and actively manage a portfolio of multiple testing programs across Wholesale Credit Tech
  • Manage a team of testing professionals
  • Improve team efficiency, testing processed and procedures across Wholesale Credit Tech organization by employing strong business knowledge of loan pricing, loan processing, credit risk, and data management .
  • Improve upon existing automation strategy and improve team efficiency by increasing productivity.
  • Innovated way of working, team building and empowerment.
  • Deliver Standardized metrics program to capture and track quality metrics across organization
  • Partner up with Enterprise Agile Transformation program to implement Agile methodology and improve productivity
  • The leader reports directly to the Wholesale Credit Technology executive.


Required Skills

  • Proven CTO-level leader with diverse experience managing high-performing global technology organizations.
  • Deliver strategic and practical solutions to complex organizational, technological, process and business challenges.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience building enterprise platforms that have automated previously manual processes.
  • A minimum of ten years of testing experience in large scale financial services companies.
  • Experience in managing and building teams with at least 50 people.
  • Proven track record to successfully drive programs to create test data/scenarios by leveraging machine learning, and predictive analytics and incorporate quality engineering culture.
  • Proven track record to achieve transformations through encouraging team collaboration, questioning status quo and leveraging balance of consensus.
  • Proven track record of building a team culture of empowerment and accountability.
  • Creative leader able to vision possibilities, ignite performance, produce results.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in Strategic Thinking, Quality Transformation, Continuous Process Improvement, Innovation and Efficiency and LEAN Agile.
  • Strong background in computer science.
  • Serve as a player coach i.e. candidate should still be able to code and to architect systems, in addition to managing.
  • Demonstrated excellent working relationship with business users.
  • Knowledge of the loan origination process and some familiarity with the documentation involved therein.
  • Strategic thinker, able to articulate and implement the QA strategy across all of Wholesale Credit Technology and appropriately delegate responsibility within the team
  • Ability to articulate complex issues and themes to stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
