Focus: Strategy & Analytics

Wholesale Payments Digital Channels delivers accessibility to leading cash management services via J.P. Morgan Access, Host-to-Host, Connect (formerly PayConnexion) and Corporate QuickPay. Our suite of products provide wholesale clients around the world cash management capabilities. The Digital Channels team is looking for an analytics-driven, deep thinking and detail orientated individual to work with leaders on strategic initiatives and develop the transformation strategy of the Digital Channels' data platform. The goal is to build a metrics-driven analytics source for product management and leadership. The data and analytics will be utilized to identify new insights on our product suite, which will be utilized globally to make investment decisions and inform client feedback as a key part of the strategy. This will also require the ability to synthesize data and tell a story on how this impacts the future of the business.


  • Collaborate with leadership and the Data team to design and build out the new analytics program for Digital Channels including vision for the future
  • Work with product management to develop dashboards to utilize for ongoing maintenance of the product
  • Develop new strategy documentation based on data analysis for the next generation of digital channels platforms
  • Develop executive level presentations and updates on strategic initiatives
  • Work with leadership to develop and update executive monthly reporting
  • Get up to speed quickly on the core metrics within the organization with ability to articulate their usage as well as define additional metrics needed for a comprehensive view of the business
  • Develop plan for dashboards and execute against the plan, including the build out of the dashboards and a maintenance plan while working with the existing team
  • Partner closely with Data team, data experts, Digital Channels leaders to design a new way of utilizing our data to drive client feedback and key investment decisions
  • Be a change agent for the use a data throughout the organization to make decisions


  • Knowledge of Treasury Services products and clients
  • Data Analytics Skills - 2 years of experience developing Tableau dashboards or similar including underlying data analysis and creating framework for developing dashboards
  • Research and Analysis Skills - ability to synthesize and interpret data from multiple sources to define a recommendation and course of action
  • Strategy Development - experience in business support or business strategy role with ability to create decks, complete strategic analysis and present recommendations
  • Enthusiasm &Influence - proven ability to drive and influence change within a product and technology environment for all levels of stakeholders
  • Organization& Planning - proven ability to track and monitor multiple deliverables and give clarity and direction to all involved parties
  • Strong Communication Skills - excellent writing and presentation skills with ability to adapt communication style according to audience and occasion
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or other similar publishing software, Tableau and other BI tools used today like SAP
  • Self-starter who is able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment that is results driven. Comfortable with ongoing change.
  • Minimum BA or equivalent level of education/experience with major in statistics or computer science
