Responsibilities:
  • Manage nominations, confirmations, imbalances, and other related activities on various natural gas pipelines
  • Utilizing electronic bulletin boards to schedule product movement; monitoring and communicating pipeline operational information postings
  • Monitoring and resolving volumetric discrepancies; monitoring and communicating producer supply changes
  • Track and interpret pipeline curtailments and operational issues using pipeline electronic bulletin boards (EBBs) or communicating with pipeline transportation representatives.
  • Assist trading team on optimizing transportation and storage
  • Communicate and consult with the trading team and customers regarding physical positions
  • Entering and managing nomination data in an internal accounting system
  • Communicating pipeline tariff rate changes
  • Reviewing and approving pipeline transportation and storage invoices
  • Responsible for documenting and managing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assist in the automation of pipeline nomination process
  • Acting as a liaison with settlements team on pipeline and storage invoice reconciliation
  • Perform all actualization steps in the internal RMS system

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years' scheduling experience
  • A preferred strong working knowledge of Gulf, Midwest and Northeast natural gas pipelines
  • Proficiency with Excel is required
  • Excellent attention to detail along with the ability to provide accurate and timely work product with a commercial focus
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new technical software
  • Ability to occasional work before/after regular office hours including some work on holidays and/or weekends
