Our Corporate Technology team relies on smart, driven people like you to develop applications and provide tech support for all our corporate functions across our network. Your efforts will touch lives all over the financial spectrum and across all our divisions: Global Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and within the Corporate Administrative Office. You'll be part of a team specifically built to meet and exceed our evolving technology needs, as well as our technology controls agenda.

AS a UI Developer you will be responsible for building an engaging user experience focused on navigating data through out the Risk and Control Data Reservior. You will utilize mature (3rd or 4th Generation) programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation.

You will participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution. You will participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow, and understand and comply to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps. You will also adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications.

Additionally, you will document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/Enhance software application modules. You will participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction for the build out of engaging and intuitive user experiences
Act as an evangelist for data consumption within the Operation Risk domain
Build performant user interface that conform to firmwide standards
Mentor junior developers and team members.
Display efficient work style with attention to detail, organization, and strong sense of urgency
Designing software and producing scalable and resilient technical designs
Embrace a test-driven development approach
Creating Automated Unit Tests using Flexible/Open Source Frameworks
Digesting and understanding Business Requirements and designing new modules/functionality which meet the needs of our business partners.
Manage code quality for total build effort.
Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations

•Must have expert level understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
•Must have expert level understanding of MicroService design and development
•Proficient with Angular framework and hands on Angular 5 version.
•Should be able to set standards, define templates etc. to promote reusability and establish standards.
•Ability to mentor team and collaborate with distributed teams is a must.
•Must have an eye for pixel perfection, attention to detail along with strong hands on experience.
•Interact with UX designers, product owners and produce quick prototypes to seek feedback.
•Must be able to work in fast paced environment and be able to adapt to changing requirements.
•Agile experience is a plus.

Essential Experience:
•5 - 7 years' work experience
•Exposure to technology development projects and the full technology development lifecycle
•Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills, both with business customers and with fellow IT professionals (Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers).
