The Opportunity:

As an External Claims Adjuster, you will manage a diverse portfolio of domestic property claims from initial assessment through to resolution. Combining field-based inspections with stakeholder management, you will investigate losses, determine coverage, coordinate experts and trades, and deliver fair and timely outcomes for customers.

No two days are the same. You will enjoy the autonomy to manage your own portfolio, conduct on-site assessments, engage directly with customers and stakeholders, and apply your expertise to solve complex property claims.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Conducting on-site and desktop assessments of property claims
• Investigating loss events and determining cause and extent of damage
• Reviewing policy coverage and preparing recommendations
• Liaising with customers, insurers, brokers, trades and specialists
• Managing claims from instruction through to resolution
• Maintaining accurate reports, documentation and claim records
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the claims journey

About You:

• Previous experience in Loss Adjusting, Property Claims or a related field
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A customer-focused and solutions-driven approach
• Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Professional, resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Current and valid driver's license
