Your new role
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of a market-leading SaaS platform.Working closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineering Leaders, Marketing and Sales Enablement teams, you will help identify customer pain points, translate feedback into meaningful product opportunities and contribute to roadmap planning and delivery. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys understanding customer problems and turning insights into practical solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and analysing customer and stakeholder feedback to identify product opportunities
- Translating customer needs into prioritised roadmap initiatives
- Supporting product strategy and roadmap planning activities
- Working closely with UX and Engineering teams to define user-focused solutions
- Managing competing priorities and influencing stakeholders across the business
- Contributing to backlog management, release planning and feature prioritisation
- Participating in product discovery and solution design workshops
- Collaborating with internal teams on product launches and customer communications
- Monitoring product performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Helping drive customer adoption, satisfaction and overall product outcomes
To be successful, you will bring experience working in a Product Management or similar product-focused role within a SaaS or software environment. You will be a strong communicator and problem solver who is passionate about understanding customer challenges and influencing product direction through evidence-based decision-making. You will ideally possess:
Previous experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or related rolesExperience working within SaaS, software or digital product businesses
Strong customer discovery and Voice of Customer experience
Demonstrated ability to turn customer insights into product priorities
Experience working closely with Engineering and UX teams
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience prioritising competing business and customer demands
Knowledge of Agile product development methodologies
Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exposure to enterprise software, workflow platforms, workplace technology, compliance systems or broader B2B SaaS products would be highly regarded.
