Charterhouse Adelaide, Australia
Project Coordinator
Job description

Project Coordinator - Digital Signage Location: Perth, WA
Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Digital Signage / Technology / Services
About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and people-focused Project Coordinator to join a growing company.

This is a hands-on coordination role where you will be the key point of contact for clients , while also managing the scheduling and coordination of technicians completing installations, maintenance and support work.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring clients receive excellent service and that technicians have everything they need to complete jobs efficiently and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, problem-solving and keeping multiple moving parts organised .

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage day-to-day relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Coordinate digital signage installations, maintenance and service requests from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to client sites based on availability, location, priority and project requirements
  • Communicate job details, timelines and requirements clearly to technicians and clients
  • Monitor project and job progress, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or delays
  • Coordinate access requirements, site information, equipment and other logistics required for technicians
  • Provide regular updates to clients and ensure expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage multiple projects and service requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, schedules, client information and project documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered smoothly
  • Follow up completed works and ensure any outstanding issues are resolved
  • Assist with reporting, invoicing and general project administration where required
  • Continuously look for ways to improve scheduling, communication and the overall client experience
About You We're looking for someone who is organised, personable and proactive , with the confidence to take ownership of client relationships and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

You will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in project coordination, service coordination, scheduling, operations or administration
  • Strong customer/client relationship management skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to coordinate multiple technicians, jobs and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Confidence communicating with both clients and technical teams
  • The ability to remain calm and organised when priorities change
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • A genuine interest in technology and/or digital solutions
Experience within digital signage, telecommunications, IT, AV, electrical services, field services or a similar technical environment would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

What You'll Bring This role would suit someone who enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving . You don't need to be highly technical - instead, you'll need to be comfortable working with technical people, understanding the requirements of a job and making sure the right technician is in the right place at the right time.
You'll be someone who:
  • Takes ownership rather than waiting to be asked
  • Builds strong, long-term client relationships
  • Enjoys a fast-paced and varied environment
  • Is comfortable juggling competing priorities
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Is highly reliable and organised
  • Enjoys working in a small business where you can make a genuine impact
Why Join?
  • Join a small, growing business where you'll have genuine ownership
  • Work closely with clients and technical teams
  • Variety across project coordination, customer relationships and operations
  • Opportunity to develop your project management and technology experience
  • Perth-based, 5 days onsite
  • Be part of a close-knit team where your contribution is visible and valued
