Ipswich Branch - Customer Banking Specialist Relief:
- 9.30am - 4.15pm
- Monday to Friday (31.25 hours per week)
- Occasional support in the Goodna & Springfield Branches - reasonable travel required

As the Customer Banking Specialist Relief in our Ipswich Branch, you'll be the face of Commbank & the first person customers speak with, you will:
- Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
- Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience
- Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
- Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it's running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience
We're interested in people who have:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
- Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour
- The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence
- A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
